"Groovy Builds LLC has already gotten some much deserved love on here recently, but this is where I found them originally so I wanted to add on in case anyone else is trolling this page for quality contractors like I was. Kyle renovated our bleak bathroom in our 1930 Eastwood home and we couldn’t love it (or him) more. Everything he does, he does 100% and is refreshingly committed to doing quality work. He genuinely cares about doing things right, which as this page has taught us, can be hard to find. His tile work is impeccable and I’d recommend him whole heartedly. He even built us some very cool plant stands with our leftover wall tile. He’s also a local East Nashville resident and really knows the ins and outs of historic homes."

Hi all! Jumping on the Groovy Builds LLC bandwagon as this team went above and beyond on our most recent project. Our 1950s ranch house needed a facelift in the main bedroom and bathroom and they totally delivered. They guided us through the entire process and project, were extremely communicative, and did amazing work. The bathroom tile work is INSANE and they built us a custom vanity and really made it all come to life. We’re so happy with the result. So happy that we asked them if they’d be open minded to replacing our LVP floors with hardwoods and they knocked that project out of the park as well. We wanted something groovy and they totally delivered. Can’t recommend them enough! Edited to show some before pics from the original listing

Hey East! Wanted to shoutout a local East Nashville business - Kyle Nance and his team at Groovy Builds took my hella dated bathroom (see video) and turned it into what shower dreams are made of. When he pulled up my floors, we discovered the boards underneath were rotted. He had to completely reframe that side of the house and gut everything from the attic all the way down to the crawl space and still managed to finish this project on time. Also, he custom built the shelves and vanity. Gorgeous, right? This was my first big home renovation project and they made it super enjoyable. They were easy to work with, always on time, cleaned up after themselves and made my vision a reality. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
